Bottle caps, crate lids, injection-mould offcuts — picked up where the local recyclers stop. Sorted by polymer before anything else happens.
Washed, dried, shredded to a uniform pellet. No pigments, no virgin material added. The colour is whatever came in this week.
Pellets gravity-feed into the injection barrel. From here it's one continuous machine — melt, screw, pressure, mold.
The screw advances and brings the polymer up to a workable state along the length of the barrel — metered, never overcooked.
A new object, made entirely from what was already here. Stamped on the base with batch and material origin.
